I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER THE ENTERY TAX IN UTTAR PARDESH IS ADJUSTABLE OR NOT IN VAT.
"MY COMPANY IS MANUFACTURING STEEL TUBE IN HARYANA WE WANT TO SALE IN UTTAR PARESD, THAN HOW WE CAN ADJUST THE ENTRY TAX."
Entry Tax never adjusted with VAT. & as per your question If your firm in haryana Entry tax must be paid by buyer not by you.(If applicable on your goods).

I just want to know that if we getting a consultancy bill. And he/she is not register under Service Tax even he/she not charging Service Tax on the bill. Now tell me weather my company is liable to pay Service or not. If yes than what percentage we give me yours valuable suggestion.
