Hello Experts
I am in a private Ltd Co. The company want to increase the remuneration of Director. What will be the procedure? If there is any resolution to be passed then it is humbly requested to send at my mail.

Hi...
Section 309,310& 311 of the Companies Act, 1956 pertaining to remuneration of Directors and increase in remuneration of Directors are not applicable to an Independent Private Company.
You can increase the remuneraion of Director by simply passing a resolution in the Board Meeting.
