Please provide me a format of loan agreement between two individual(i.e. our Company's Director and his friend) for an unsecured loan of Rs. 20,00,000/- with r.o.i 15% p.a. Please i am in need of the same urgently. Kindly help me.
Also do suggest me the documents and other letters to be kept in record for the same loan.
