I am an IPCC student and I have appeared for both the groups in May 2014.
I want to pursue B.com under MoU scheme. Please help me as to which of the following universities is the best.
1. IGNOU
2.BHARATHIAR
3.NETAJI SUBHAS OPEN UNIVERSITY
ICAI has enterred into MoU with these.
Please share your experience,if any and suggestions.

IGNOU is the easier one given that it has the maximum reach in terms of examination centers.
but you are based in south India, you can choose Bharathiar as it may look better on CV
