sir/ mam if any one want to invest his 10 lakh rupees in bank as FD but bank manager suggest him that invest this amount in mutual fund for 3 year
which is more beneficial plz suggest

it depends upon various factors.
Right now what you can focus on is your risk appetite.
Mutual Fund investment are slightly risky as compared to Bank FD.
Using the principle of "not putting all the eggs in one basket, what you can do is put some amount in mutual fund and rest in FD..... The quantification of this "some" amount is your personal call)
