i need your help....i appeared in final exam of ca but unfortunately i failed ...now i want to apply for inspection of my copies under RTI act ...
SO can anybody tell me the procedure for the same

Inspection and revaluation of the answer book is not permitted under the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988.

but sir we can inspect our copies by a procedure given by icai at its web., i just want to whether same will be done through rti act route

I have not read any provision to inspect answer sheet through RTI. So you can contact to the Institute for the same.
