Unabsorbed depreciation loss

Business was commenced on 2014-15 & incur depreciation loss in that assessment year. During 2015-16 said business was closed but still having unabsorbed depreciation. Can we carry forward unabsorbed depreciation for next year even after closure of such business.

The loss incurred was pertaining to business, if the business is closed against which income would the loss be carried forward?

Assessee is partner with another firm, whether he set-off the unabsorbed depreciation against such income from partnership firm
