Sir please tell me
A person (doctor) receiving salary as professional income u/s 194j can file return
u/s 44ada i.e. on 50% of total salart received.
assume monthly salary is 200000.

See salary is a different thing it is taxable u/s 192 and not under professional income u/s 194J. If assessee is receiving professional income u/s 194J it will amount to his professional receipts and he can declare it u/s 44ADA.
