ca i have two TIN on same PAN card of proprietor?

place of business is different in sae state with different name.

wat is your opinion if business place is in another state wid same name or different name.

querry is for delhi VAT.

18 February 2015 On one pan card assessee can apply for one TIN only, whatever may be the place of business. Different name does not matter.

bt if an assessee opens a new branch of the same business in other state say, in noida in this case..... is dere any requirement to have a new tin in U.P for the same PAN No?

24 February 2015 yes you can take new tin on the same PAN.

24 February 2015 TIN can obtain more than one. in same state if you having more than 1 branch but their bussiness is different and they are in different sale tax scheme.but CST tin remain same.
in other state, yes ofcourse you need to obtain VAT and CST TIN for state.
