TURNOVER UPTO MAR 350000/-
WHETHER SERVICE TAX PAYABLE OR NOT.
ONCE REG SRVICE TAX ASSESSEE TURNOVER BELOW 10 LAKSHS SERVICE PAYABLE OR NOT.

I understand that turnover from April 2011 to March 2012 was Rs. 3.50 Lac. In that case you are eligible for SSI exemption upto Rs. 10 Lac in F.Y. 2012-13. so no service tax upto Rs. 10 lac
