Dear Sir,
What is the procedure of sales of (excisable) turning scrap ? which documents required ?
What is "weighment for scrap challan book" and who can use its ?

Its a industrial scrap like steel scrap(generated by leth machine) you can sold it by charging 8%duty +2%cess +1% H&S cess +vat4% by excise invoice as usual.
if you are not registered with excise then you can sale on ordinery invoice only charging 4%vat
if you are not registered with excise then you can sale on ordinery invoice only charging 4%vat
