cab be used? ITR 7 or 5? If ITR 5 IS USING WHAT IS THE FORM OF AUDIT REPORT? FORM 10B APPLICABLE?

Pan number status showing as TRUST , not AOP , still i didn't take 12 A registration. then how can i use ITR 5? should I FILE RETURN USING ITR 7?
