ATrust without 12A registration, which ITR
cab be used? ITR 7 or 5? If ITR 5 IS USING WHAT IS THE FORM OF AUDIT REPORT? FORM 10B APPLICABLE?

13 June 2014 itr 5 shall apply. form 10B is not be used for such AOP. normal 44AB audit shall apply.

Pan number status showing as TRUST , not AOP , still i didn't take 12 A registration. then how can i use ITR 5? should I FILE RETURN USING ITR 7?

15 September 2014 you will file ITR5 only friend., as ITR7 applies to 12A registration cases.
