Hi in which form we have file charitable trusts for AY 2012-13

Yes you can file the return for Asst.year 2013-14. If you receive a notice you can file the return or seek condonation of delay from the Commissioner of Income Tax under section 119 (2) of the Income Tax Act of 1961.
