Dear friends, our company is indian comapany & we are calling some engineers from france for our comapny's work in India. Will we have to deduct tds from their salary or professional fees? can anyone provide some material on the same.

DTA exists with France. Pl refer 209 ITR (St)130 and 244 ITR (ST) 134.
