what is threshold limit for the receiver side for service tax and when the service tax number taken for receiver person.

10 August 2010 Thershold limit is decided by the service provider side, if the transporter give the condition " Service tax liablity on service receiver" in the invoice you need to pay. the thershold limit for Service provider is Rs. 10 lakhs
