How much the % of service tax for Transport contrators in India ( suppliers of vehicles on hire ).

14 March 2008 Till this budget i.e.Finance act 2008, there is no service tax on hiring of vehiles & equipment.But this finance act came this under service tax net.According to new provision,hiring of plant & machinery in which right to use is transferred and if vat/sales tax is not applicable than service tax will be charged.
