If I am a chartered accountant but I am availing the service transport agency fot transporting my books then is it necessary to pay service tax by me on the transport services?

Please check, is it is exempted.
Freight of Rs. 750/- is exempt.
In case full truck load, the exemption limit is 1500/-.
