12 August 2017 i forget to take sm cenvat credit of capital goods in the return filed for qtr ending 30 june. nw the option to revise the excise return is nt available at portal... nw how i can claim that credit.... can i claim it in TRANS-1

12 August 2017 if it is d case that credit claimed in the return filed for 30 june cn only be claimed in gst... then deptt will nt quetion that u had nt claim that credit excise return??

12 August 2017 Mam, A person (medical shop) registered under VAT on June 2017. Before registration he have bills and Stock. But, He can't shown the details under VAT return for June. This condition What are the steps under GST for the Stock and his Taxes under VAT....?

12 August 2017 He can claim ITC of tax paid on stock in GST as no credit availed in earlier law.
