one of my friend is taking dummy from last year. and no stipend through cheque is received by him. now he is taking transfer. in form 109 they asked for bank account number to track the record of cheques deposited. would you please let us know if he is going to be in trouble

yes he may be in trouble if icai ask for details and verifies the account in case any suspicion arises to them
