We got application (form 7B) for trf of shares 7-8 months back. Can we show the effect on current date?
Because 7B is valid (public unlisted co.) upto 2 months from the date of form & stamping.
How much days extension allowed by ROC? & wht is the procedure for that?
Pls reply.

Hi
Please make payment through MCA portal for such extension and file the same with ROC. Please make insure that the challan payment should be in the name of applicant and not by professionals.
