we have some shares in the name of a company which is closed now. but there are some shares of L&T in the mane of the company.how can we transfer the shares to the name of our promoter of the company?

1)send the shares to transfer agent by signing the transfer form in favor of director
or open a demat for company, demat the shares there and issue TIFD in favor of director.
