Good Afternoon,
Query :-
I have an agricultural land in individual capacity and I want to transfer such ln my huf capacity.
what is the procedure and is there any obligation?

1. You can transfer the land by getting registered the land in the name of your HUF at a price which is not less than the stamp duty valuation.
2. If the land is in urban area, then you (Individual) will be liable for capital gains tax.
