11 August 2017 WE HAVE ALL OVER INDIA BRANCHES, EACH BRANCH HAVING SEPARATE
GST REGISTRATION NO.WE ARE ENGAGE IN IMPORTING MATERIAL & SOLD TO
INDIAN CUSTOMERS.THOUGH HAVING SEPARATE REGISTRATION,BUT ENTITY IS
SAME..

MY QUESTION - IS SURPLUS IGST IN ANY UNIT IS TRANSFERABLE TO OUR OTHER
UNIT FOR CLEARANCE OF GOODS.,IF YES WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE.
THIS QUESTION IS MOST URGENT PLEASE GUIDE US.

11 August 2017 If you have multiple registration and in one state you have excess IGST you cannot transfer the same to another state. IGST of one state can be setoff against IGST of the same state only.
