Transfer of file without resignation letter

18 January 2019 I have a private limited company and I would like to change My current CA to another but he is not providing the required documents like the resignation letter. So what other options do I have.

19 January 2019 You have to wait for obtaining NOC from earlier CA. Without that any other CA will not take up the service for your company. Mutually agree and obtain NOC from current CA.

21 January 2019 However, you have an option to file an application to the central govt with valid grounds to remove the auditor before expiry of his/her/it term
