I was working as Manager in Business Tax at Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP. I was associated with Deloitte for 7 years specialised in Income tax matters compliance, advisory and litigation. I have also undertaken cross border arrangements, advise on applicability of TDS on international transactions/payments to non-residents. I have undertaken individual tax returns of inbound/outbound expatriates who travel in India being foriegn citizens and travel outside India being Indian citizens. I am now associated with Mohan C Shah & Associates as partner in the firm.

Before joining Deloitte, I was associated with Khicha & Prabhu Kesavan, Chartered Accountants as audit manager wherein I have undertaken statutory and tax audits of the companies, tax audits of partnership/propreitorship firms. I have experience in bank audits including statutory audit, stock audits and concurrent audits.

Mohan C Shah & Associates is based out of Ahmedabad being a 35 year old firm with 5 partners. The firm's head office is in Ahmedabad and branch office in Chennai. Out of 5 partners, two of the partners are ex-Deloitte professionals having vast experience in income tax matters at both the locations.
