18 August 2012 Hi.....
Need some help...
I want to ask that Can i submit my Form 109 after 50-60 days of signing.
Will that be accepted by ICAI.
I also want to ask that is there any time limit for submission of Form 109.
And one more thing if in these 50-60 days my articleship time period cross limit of 1 year . Will that cause any problem. But my date of sign on 109 is within one year,
please help..

Generally the Chartered Accountant Regulation , 1988 does not describe any time limit for filing of Form-109, but time period for other forms has been defined i.e. 30 days.

After 30 days you can file other forms with Institute with an additional payment of money. The Regulation also permit to file forms after 1 year with concern authority with additional payment.

I will suggest you to finally contact nearest institute for such problem to resolve the matter.
