20 April 2014 Dear Sir,

Please let me know the procedure for taking transfer under medical grounds.I have served 2 years & 1 month period of articleship till now, final due on Nov 2014.Will it affect on my exam.

20 April 2014 you need to submit request for approval for transfer alongwith medical certificates. you final attempt gets affected if you have excess leave resulting in shifting of completion of articleship beyond 30 april 2015. else your attempt remains same.

21 April 2014 Can I take a certificate from government doctor confirming disease and ask him to state in his letter that you need quality and home food and clean surroundings to decrease the effect of your health problem. Is this way will helpful for my attempt not to postpone to may 2015

21 April 2014 well that is for your doctor to decide. As I see it you are just trying to get a doctored certificate from a doctor to circumvent ICAI regulations.
