friends i know transfer rule i just want information about how many time we can take transfer as per rule (ie is ther any restriction to change specifice no of ca )

You said you know the rules to transfer. However restriction on transfer of articleship is only one time during the articleship period but i think no restriction during the first year of articleship because in the first year of articlesship there is no rules to transfer.
Note: you said transfer only one time is wrong on which basis you said i mean if read at any where about it then such document or notice will clear you regarding the no of times articleship transfers allows.
However wait for some other replays.
