11 March 2015 unfortunately this reason will not allow u take transfer in 2 or 3 year so better u try to do articleship from a firm away from your current firm of min 40 kms to get transfer

13 March 2015 yes but the 2 firms must be away from atleast 40 kms if u want transfer

14 March 2015 Tushar sir, how can he b allowed to take transfer after first year on the basis that he is taking transfer in other office having distance of 40 kms without any reason...????

14 March 2015 Dear there is no rule for online permission... you have to write it in a plain paper and send it to icai after approval from your principal

this is not the condition permitted by icai... i had posted the link in which all conditions specified.. do read that
