01 July 2013 PLEASE TELL ME THAT IF WE DOES COMPLAINT AGAINST PRINCIPAL FOR TRANSFER IN 2ND YEAR ON THE BASIS OF NON-PAYMENT OF STIPEND & HARASSMENT & SUPPOSE ON FILLING THE COMPLAINT INSTITUTE IS NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR PROOFS & RELEASE THE PRINCIPAL, THEN WHICH TYPE OF OPPOSITE ACTION CAN BE TAKEN BY THE INSTITUTE & PRINCIPAL AGAINST THE ARTICLE.

Your bank statement, in which your stipend should e credited.

It will be a proof that stipend is not given your principal.

If they are agreeing to pay in cash. then you should have any proof that the cash will e received as stipend.

01 July 2013 1)you should proove that ur boss is guilty of misconduct as per ca regulations

2)if you are unable to give a proper proof to proove he done mistake..

there may not be a hard action from ICAI

3)But your principal harassment on you will be multiplies and he will show you hell for sure..

he will make harm how much he can..

So take care and move ahead

Please not you have to take transfer means in this case your boss should accept his mistake..

you can try if you have enough proofs

you cannot complian on him if your boss havng any proof that he is paying atleast 750/1000 permonth to you..
