01 July 2013 SIR PLEASE TELL ME WHICH TYPE OF RECORD WE CAN HAVE TO COMPLAINT AGAINST PRINCIPAL TO PROVE THAT HE IS NOT PAYING STIPEND & DOING HARASSMENT.& WE ARE DOING TRAINING AS PER ICAI REGULATION.& HOW MUCH MIN. & MAX. TIME WILL INSTITUTE TAKE TO SOLVE MY COMPLAINT & DURING THE TIME OF COMPLAINT IS MY PERIOD OF TRAINING WILL COUNT OR NOT.

Your bank statement, in which your stipend should e credited.

It will e a proof that stipend is not given y your principal.

If they are agreeing to pay in cash. then you should have any proof that the cash will e received as stipend.

01 July 2013 1)Please be ready with the work diary or other proof to proove that you have worked with him as per CA rules..

2)as stipend not credited to your account...you can show your bank account to proove not paid stipend and hope you have not signed on any of cash vouchers from your firm.

both the above will be enough..

01 July 2013 3)yes.generally it was time taking procedure..it will tae not less than 3 months yes..in this mean time your articleship will be counted with previous

4)i have already told you..please contact nearest regional branch of icai for solving this issue..you cannot get proper and reliable suggestion except from icai..because it is a rare case and no one might have seen ..so better consult icai and move ahead on how to proceed..
