I HAVE A CLIENT WHOSE TRAN 2 IS FILED WRONG ...BUT HE WANTED TO CLAIM TRAN2 ITC IN OCT 3B 2018...CAN WE TANS 2 ITC IN OCT 3B OR NOT?

TRAN2 ITC cannot be taken manually in 3B.
