28 August 2017 For availing transition Credit to offset July 2017 liability you have to file form TRAN 1 and GSTR3B within 28.08.2017.

Since your ITC is more than your July 2017 liability you need not pay any tax provided you submit both TRAN1 and GSTR3B within 28.08.2017 i.e., Today.

28 August 2017 Dear CMA CS Sanjay Gupta Sir., In case the TRAN Form can't file today. Dealer file his GSTR 3B in 20th. Then what is the last date of filing TRAN form for their assesee...

28 August 2017 If GSTR3B filed then due date for filing TRAN 1 is 30.09.2017. 28.08.2017 is only for those who wants to offset their July 2017 liability using the transitional credit. If TRAN 1 is filed within 30.09.17 the transitional credit can be used for offsetting the liability of Aug 2017 onward.

28 August 2017 i have one more question
i have registred vat in lumpsump dealer (.5% on toal sales in gujarat vat)
in gst i m regular dealer can i claimed my stock credit in gst for month of august jully 3b filed
