A person cannot take up employment and articleship simultenously as per ICAI regulations. Any hidden arragements,the one as cited in the query, done is found out by ICAI subsequently the articleship of the student will be terminated vide regulation 66 resulting in the stoppage of his CA studies and also harmful to the Chartered Accountant,vide regulation 67, who gave the articleship for the concerned student.
