Is it possible to change some particulars in the TM Application already submitted with TM Registering Authority?
If Yes which form should be used?
An applicant for registration of
a trade mark may, whether before or after acceptance of his application but before
the registration of the mark.
Form TM -16 is to be used for this purpose.
Fees: Rs 500
However, no such amendment shall be permitted which shall have the
effect of substantially altering the or
iginal trade mark or substitute a new
specification of goods or services no
t included in the initial application.
