Sir,
Please guide me a way how to solve a query that one assessee has filed return of F.y 07-08 in A. Yr. 09-10 but refused to file form 16 with the return and now IT deptt had send demand notice of the amount of TDS deducted + Penalty....
What procedure to be applied to solve the above query??

u can register @ tin-nsdl.com for view tds facility , after completion of formalities u will be able to know what was the tds amt.
