Sec 92 seals with TP for MNE however need your guidance/ source where related resident companies's transactions are dealt in IT. Is there iny specific section or case laws where transactions between two related resident companies are addressed ?

Look to Section 40A(2), isn't it for control of expenditure of domestic companies?
