Time of issue of tax invoice in gujarat

28 September 2011 I wanted to know whether a single consolidated Tax Invoice for the whole month can be issued under the Gujarat VAT Act for delivery of goods to purchaser during the month instead of issuing tax invoice at every time of delivery of goods within Gujarat?

Also whether the same is possible in case of inter state sale?

Such isuue of consolidated invoice is never allowed,except when sales of small value,say less than Rs100/,are done(in business like hotels bakery and grocery shops.Small sales are to be entered in a note book and covered by an invoice regularly.For large sales and for those goods moving outside the state an invoice must accompany.
