advice me ..what is the time limit allowed u/s 200(1)to remitt the tax deducted at source to the government during the current previous year...???

As per Income Tax ACt the tDS should be deposited in govt account by the 7 th of the following month but in case of TDS deducted on 31st march 9Specifically on 31 March) can be deposited by the govt by 30the may of the next following F.Y

after going through ur reply i got one more doubt the same is given below:
Deduction of TDS on 31st march will happen in two modes one while making actual payment (like for eg: advances) and one more while creating provisions.,
now that in both the above cases, whether the deductor will be liable to remitt the TDS on 30th may .. or will it be on 7th April... pls let me know...

For the month of March(Actual exp/ Advances etc.) - 31st May.
