03 November 2016 Dear Experts I am a existing vat dealer due to lack of orders my turnover does not exceed above 20 lacs pa for the year 2016-17.In this connection I would like to know that I will come under threshold limit of the GST. And what is exactly threshold limit in GST. Who will comes under the net of GST .Kindly explain in a detailed manner. Thanking you
