04 May 2012 no other experts reply to my query we are ask query in this side question bcoz we know that there are great experts and reply our query but i ask query about only two section but no reply from 2 days

04 May 2012 few days ago i asked query abt. u\s 44ae that my turn over apprnx 7 lakh.I have only 1 heavey truck. My truck hired by a transporter co.Name OMX LTD. He deduct my tds . My query only that in which section.i fill my return under sec.44ae.i already calculation of my tax liablity . plz only told me that this is right or wrong Total

Total Income = 5000 X 12 = 60000
Less – LIC 9000
Net Income – 51000
Tax – Nil
TDS – 6598
Refund - 6598

04 May 2012 You are absolutely right. It is always safe to have a figure which is slightly above the thresh hold. (So make it 61000)

04 May 2012 something more than 60,000/ My point is do not try to be a mahtematitian. Do not get stuck on 60,000 = 5000 X 12 and so on. Keep it some thing above. Do not be quantity oriented; be quality oriented as well

04 May 2012 60,000 is absolutely fine. No one can ask for the books of accounts under that section. My additional point was never sit on the thresh holds. It is risky.
