text book vs practice module

22 July 2011 I had taken a DT and IDT coaching in 2009 for the may 2010 attempt but did get through.
I have cleared my CA final first grp in may 2011. I shall be appearing in Nov 2011 for Group II.

I wanted to confirm the AY applicable for DT exam.

Further, looking for suggestion regarding preparation of DT and IDT either through Deepak Gupta text books( i took my from satish mangal) or institute's practice module.

please suggest what should i do.

22 July 2011 You should study the amendment specifically applicable to the assessment year 2011-12 and also 2010-11. Rest you have to read as per the syllabus and before solving the problem you should read the question paper properly and then reply what the question actually requires.

Do not fail to mention the notes for each and every step you have done.
