03 February 2016 I had completed articleship first 6 months. I need to take termination from my principal. So, please tell me the procedure Plz plz

04 February 2016 Download Form 109 from icai website ,get it signed by your boss which is duly filled in all respects, and send it to icai .

04 February 2016 Thanq so much ganesh babu , then I Can join articles with in range of 50 kms from my current office or not ?

06 February 2016 There is no restriction in transfer incase of below one year of articleship,you can even take transfer to firm next to your old principle building
