Sir,if somebody wants to terminate his/her articleship due to some problems or due to any other reasons, then he/she can terminate the same?Is it permissible assording to ICAI? If, suppose the employer agrees/permits the article assistant to terminate the articleship & accordingly signs the letter written by he article assistant, then whether such permission given by the employer will be considered by the ICAI & accordingly permission is given to terminate the same or the grounds/reasons/rules which are applicable to the "Transfer" are same applicable in case of termination of articleship? pls. help

transfer/termination possible only when all the parties are agree i.e. Old Employer,New Employer, Article and the Institute.
