I need to get the consent of the Icai for the termination of articleship, so how cud i gt my consent from ICAI this matter..????Shud i write a letter and personally get it signed frm ICAI, how much days it will take...????

it is noticed that some of the articled assistants are submitting Form 109 signed by the principal along with the application for transfer/termination of articleship. Issuance of Form 109 prior to formal approval of the Institute for transfer will not be taken into record.
In order to take approval from ICAI,it's better to go to institute and take prior approval of ICAI.
And then fill form no.109 which must be signed by your principal.
