I have done two and half months of my article ship and i want terminate from my auditor.
I want to know that is consent from institute is mandatory or simply submit FORM NO :109 with the institute

before filing form no 109, Prior approval of ICAI is mandatory to give effect for your transfer.
after receiving the approval from ICAI, you can submit the form 109 which must be signed by your principal as well.
