03 August 2011 Hi, pls any1 help. I applied termination on grounds of conversion from pcc to ipcc and
I got approved termination too but didnt get any confirmation letter
from the institute confirming the articleship duration and the remaining period of articles.
When i enquired inst. they asked me to get revised 109Form, to update termination status. I begged literally to get termination from my principle for his consent.
Now again if i go n ask for 109 revised sure he wont give.Is ter any other possibility pls respond urgent..
In Form109 revised date should be 03.09.2010 whether the Date should be filled in th effect date or the date of signing.
Or at least tell me whether the confirmingletter is mandate for re-registration of articles.

03 August 2011 Hey din't you take a photo copy of your from 109 when you sent for the first time. if yes forward the same copy as marked " copy for your reference" if not then you will have to get revised copy of form 109 and regarding date signing date current date completion date earlier date itself
