13 October 2016 Dear Expert,

We have been sanctioned a term loan and in the sanctioned letter some Indian vendors for machinery were identified for direct payout. Now we wish to change the vendor and import the machines.

Can we do that sir? Will banks allow? amount will be in the term loan limits only.

13 October 2016 After all you are one of the customers of your bank. Banks are sitting to serve you. You can talk to the bank manager. And bank will surely consider your request and make necessary changes to sanction letter terms.
