A group has 2 units i.e. A and B.Both are separate registered for TAN but having the same PAN of group.
If A has job work Done by B, then A has liability to deduct TDS of B's job work or not.
Plz Reply me with Conclusive Supporting.

No. If PAN of both are same no need to deduct TDS.
