14 March 2015 Sanjay sir, Same case is with our company though it is a contract, but its clearly written that professionals and technicals will b there for maintenance of DG..

Thats why i think if in contract anything like that return it should TDS on professionals na... rather than tds on contract...

14 March 2015 No Dear this will not fall under professional or technical service. It is just like AMC, contract for repair and maintenance on which provisions of Section 194C will be attracted.
